缘起法

嗨。。大家早上好。。Ermm..

其实，在我们的日常生活中，我们时常会听见我们身边的朋友呀，家人呀，电视剧里的演员，甚至自己，会不断埋怨说：Aiyo..为什么会这样？为什么我对她那么好，她还是选择别人？为什么我那么努力了，我还是得不到好的成绩？为什么老师就是要针对我？
为什么我的钱总是不够用？等等。。为什么会有那么多的为什么？
其实，这都是因为他们不了解“缘起法”。当我们真正了解什么是“缘起法”的时候，我们就不会再问为什么了。
那什么是缘起法呢？
简单来说，缘起法：因+缘变成果
世间存在的一切事物或现象，都是从种种的关系，种种的条件凑合而成。少了任何条件或关系，都不能凑合某种事情或某种现象的发生和存在。“因”是主要决定性的条件，而“缘”是用来辅助因。虽然话说如此缘也是同样重要的，因为如果没有了缘，因也成不了果。

举个非常简单的例子，
一粒种子撒在泥土里，必须施肥、浇水，以及有充足的空气、阳光，才能长成一棵大树。其中，种子是“因”，泥土、阳光、空气等等为“缘”，这些因缘都具足了，才有长成大树的“果”。
哪缘起法又对我们生活又怎么样的帮忙呢？
当我们了解了缘起法，我们了解到我们种什么因就会的什么果。我们种榴莲种子，我们永远种不出香蕉树。所以这样一来在我们做任何事情前都会三思而后行，凡事往好的方面去想，去做。

此外，了解了缘起法我们也会积极的生活，更加珍惜，感恩身边的一切，
因为我们了解到现在所有的事物是因缘很难得才聚足而成的，我们要好好地把握当下，不让自己有后悔的机会。当缘消散时，我们亦能够以平常心去对待

而且，我们也多了一份同理心
比如说：‘为什么这个人迟到了呢？’如果我们能够好好观察，了解他人的原因，也许车坏了等。我们就会多一份的体谅多了一份包容，我们也不会乱发脾气，不会埋怨。

了解之后还要学会多自己的行为负责，学会承担一切由因缘而升起的果。想避免恶的果，就不要造恶的因。因为一旦造下恶的因，当时机成熟，恶果自然会显现

当我们有时在观自己问题的根源的时候，我们很多时候会以自己的角度去思考问题，所谓当局者迷，我们就不能真正看到问题的存在了。所以有时，我们也可以询问别人的意见。以客观的角度去看待这问题。要不然，我们以为自己已经解决了问题，其实问题还是存在的。

9月19号

今天9月19号，我终于回家了，
其实我真的很过意不去，
为什么家乡在槟城的我回家的时间会和家在远方的朋友一样的呢？
为什么我的大学生活那么忙？
这样的大学生活是我要的吗？
还记得之前进大学前告诉过自己，在中学已经很忙了，参太多活动了，
进了大学要做一个无名小卒，过着平平淡淡的大学生活，
但怎么搞的，结果大学生活比中学生活还要忙，
中学时只忙童军，现在又忙跆拳道，又忙武术，又忙佛学会，
又忙LifeSaving...忙了很多很多额外的活动。
结果学业，家庭，狗狗等都被忽略了。
其实真的很感恩有一个那么支持我的家人，他们不曾给我压力，不反对我参任何活动。
只是可怜我的狗狗，很久很久没有冲凉咯。
嗯！明天帮他冲凉！
这次的Raya假期，我又要到处跑了。
下星期一我和LifeSaving的朋友约了要去我们教练的家乡在Perak。
一去就要去五天了，星期五才回来了，这样又用完我整个放假了。
现在让我烦恼的是我还没跟家人讲，我真的不懂怎么跟他们开口，
上个假期才和另一堆朋友去了云顶，现在又要去Perak。真伤脑筋。。。
现在我能做的，就是星期六星期日乖乖的呆在家里做个好孩子。
嗨。。不想了，船到桥头自然直。。明天再看吧！

人生中，每一件事情，都有轉向的能力
在美國某個城市，有一位先生搭了一部計程車要到某個目的地。

這位乘客上了車，發現這輛車不只是外觀光鮮亮麗而已，
這位司機 先生服裝整齊，車內的佈置亦十分典雅，這位乘客相信這應該是段很舒服的行程。
車子一啟動，司機很熱心的問車內的溫度是否適合？ 又問他要不要聽音樂或是收音機？

這位司機告訴他可以自行選擇喜歡的音樂頻道，就在車內，這位乘客選擇了爵士音樂，浪漫的爵士風不禁讓人為之放鬆。
司機在一個紅綠燈前停了下來，回過頭來告訴乘客，車上有早報及當期的雜誌，前面是一個小冰箱，冰箱中的果汁及可樂如果有需要，也可以自行取用，如果想喝熱咖啡，保溫瓶內有熱咖啡。

這些特殊的服務，讓這位上班族大吃一驚，他不禁望了一下這位司機，司機先生愉悅的表情就像車窗外和煦的陽光。
一會，司機 先生對乘客說：「前面路段可能會塞車，這個時候高速公路
反而不會塞車，我們走高速公路好嗎？」

在乘客同意後，這位司機又體貼的說：
我是一個無所不聊的人，如果您想聊天，除了政治及宗教外，我什麼都可以聊。 如果您想休息或看風景，那我就會靜靜的開車，不打擾您了。」
從一上車到此刻，這位常搭計程車的乘客就充滿了驚奇，他也不禁問這位前方的駕駛：「你是從什麼時候開始這種服務方式的？」

這位專業的司機說：「從我覺醒的那一刻開始。」
司機繼續說道那段覺醒的過程，他一直一如往常，經常抱怨工作辛苦，人生沒有意義，

但在不經意裡，他聽到廣播節目裡正在談一些人生的態度，
大意是你相信什麼，就會得到什麼，如果你覺得日子不順心，那麼所有發生的都會讓你覺得倒楣；
相反的，如果今天你覺得是個幸運的一天，那麼今天每次所碰到的人，都可能是你的貴人。

所以我相信，人要快樂，就要停止抱怨，要讓自己改變。 就從那一刻開始，
我創造了一種新的生活方式，第一步我把車子內內外外整理乾淨，再來裝一支專線電話，印幾盒高級的名片，我下定決心，要善待每一位乘客。
目的地到了，司機下了車，繞到後面幫乘客開車門，並遞上剛剛說過的名片，說聲：「希望下次有機會再為你服務。」

結果，這位計程車司機的生意沒有受到不景氣的影響，他很少會空車在這個城市裡兜轉，他的客人總是會事先預定好他的車，他的改變，不只是創造了更好的收入，而且更從工作中得到自尊。

這個故事，可以讓我們得到一些啟示。
一、每一個人其實都想過更好的生活，但卻不希望改變自己，然而天下沒有白吃的午餐，一分耕耘就會有一分收獲，如果你希望擁有大成就，你就必須具備一個像贏家的思考態度或行為規範。

二、改變的力量可能來自於權威，像是透過罰則來建立騎機車要戴安全帽的習慣，然而這種方式只能治標，不能治本。 另一種力量來自道德，是內在慈悲的綻放，是推己及人的情懷，是己所不欲、勿施於人的覺醒。 當一個人真的了解抽煙會影響他人健康，而那種為他人著想的改變，就是道德的力量。

三、你可以選擇你要的人生。 抱怨只會讓事情更混沌，你可以選擇早晚抱怨別人，也可以在覺醒後力圖振作，它不一定是推翻過去所有的生活步調，它可以是一個當下念頭的轉換，或是一個行為的修正。 不放縱自己的言行，讓自己的善言善行慢慢變成良好的習慣，而人的機運也將慢慢改變。

四、現在開始，永不嫌遲。 一個好的故事可以純欣賞，但也可能成為改變一個人的契機，知道自己要改善的地方，並且致力去完成它，才是真正有勇氣的人，而成功總是屬於那些堅持到底的人。
現在，你可以反省一下現在的生活，為了要有更美好的生活，有哪些思考與行為上的習慣是要改變的呢？ 立即去做吧！所有的改變都是從這一刻開始的。

不放縱自己的言行，讓自己的善言善行慢慢變成良好的習慣，而人的機運也將慢慢改變，樂觀的心靈富翁，觀念影響性格，性格影響命運！ 我們對事物的看法，會在無形中慢慢影響我們的行為，進而影響到整個人生。

前面有陰影，你看到的是晦暗，還是背後一直跟著的陽光？
外面吹著風，你是無奈的撥弄亂髮，還是將風箏放上高高的藍天？
天空下著雨，你是抱怨地上的泥濘，還是等待雨後的七色彩虹？
漆黑的夜裡，你是縮在屋中一角，還是走出屋外仰望星星？
一個人的時候，你是覺得孤單寂寞，還是找到心靈的寧靜角落？
你要當一個樂觀的心靈富翁，還是沮喪的心靈乞丐？
朋友，觀念與看法，真的很重要，想想看你夠樂觀嗎 ?

Convo Exhibition

Hmmm..第二个呢就是在12.08.09呢就是我们大学的Convocation,然后我们学校每年呢都会举办一个Convo Exhibition Competition的。。我校里的四个科系-Environment Tech, Food Tech, Wood Tech 及Bioproses我们个都有一间Lab来给我们布置。。以下就是我们的“产品”哈哈。。大家可去Michelle的Blog去看看。。因为我将放的照片都是她那拿来的（有点懒惰了:p)

Field Trip To Botanical Garden

哈哈哈。。yes!! 终于忙完了！
Hello大家好吗？我有很久没更新我的部落格咯。。
Hmmm…今天就让我一一为大update…
在八月一日呢，我们整班HGF227的学生就去了Botanical Garden做experiment lo。。
我们当天大约7点多灾Sg Dua gate 集合然后就向目的地出发了。。
我们到那时，我们的Lecture Prof Chan呢就给我们Briefing咯。。
过后我们便下去那边的一条河，研它的Water Quality。。
在那时突然间下起雨来，一开始大家都连忙避雨，但过后我还几位男生朋友下去河时，大家也玩了起来。。哈哈。。以下就有一些当天拍的照片咯 ：）

过后我们去了Botanical Garden里的PBA Water Treatment Plan咯，其实这Water Treatment Plant不是谁也能进的，只是Prof Chan事前已经向PBA申请了所以才能进。哈哈！在那Mr Azizan给了我们一个简单的介绍后，他便带我们去看位于Treatment Plant后面的Waterfall。。哈哈。。难得有得进来看到这个Waterfall，我们当然拍个够啦！哈哈。。

参观完后，我们到约一点那样就会大学了。在这Trip里呢，除了学了很多东西呢，我们也玩得很开心。

他。。

他虽然离开了我们一个月多了。。但他其实还在。。

之前也许我都没真真的回家待过。。

每次回家都只是回来拿东西，

拿了后便匆匆忙忙的回大学了。。

这次的sem break回家时。。

终于有时间静静的呆在家了。。

这时才发现原来他在我心里是占了那么重要的位子的。。

驾车回家到大门前时，我还期待他跑出来欢迎我。。

有时开大门时，还会担心他跑了出去不会回家。。

昨天吃剩的鸡骨，还打算留下来给他当晚餐，

但突然间想起他已不在了。。

心突然间感到一阵阵的酸痛。。

当他离去的呢一刻。。我既然没送他最后一程。。

连见他最后一面都没有。。

真得很想见他最后一面。。

他虽然不是名种。。但他尽了他的本分。。

为了这个家日夜的服务。。

我们这一家就是他这一生的家人，朋友了。。

现在真得很想知道他怎样了。。

现在的他在那里啊？

他过得还好吗？幸福快乐吗？

真得很想知道。。

Bingo...希望你在极乐世界能幸福快乐。。

我永远都会记得你。。你永远都是我们家的一部分！

我爱你！想念你！

一封讯息。。

昨天，上完课回到房间时突然收到朋友的讯息。他那讯息写着：

“从前有个天使，他很怕浪费时间所以每天都过得很繁忙。。

一天上帝要天使带一只蜗牛见上帝。。

蜗牛走得很慢很慢。。天使很不耐烦。。

因为浪费了很多时间。。

渐渐的天使闻到花香味。。

然后他看见了西洋在海岸上的光芒。。

接着看到满天星星。。

天使明白了。。

上帝是要蜗牛带他走。。而不是他带蜗牛走。。

人生短短几十年，匆匆忙忙地过，无形中错过了很多东西。。

记得在忙也得休息。。

和做自己喜欢的事。朋友你从中懂了多少啊？

无论如何都但愿您都是美好的，开心的，幸福的和美好的。

朋友祝福你哦！”

看完这讯息后，突然间真得很感动。。虽然这只是封Forward Message。。但我真得很感动。。也许最近我真得很忙所以会有如此感触。。

Updates (Part 1).....

Hahaha...wow...phew! my blog is full of spider web n mushroom d...haih...too long din update d...hehe....some of my frens ask me update update update...hehe
Sorry ya...so long din update d...kinda busy this few weeks...hmmm...now let me recall back wht had happen for d pass month...

Hmmm....on the 9th & 10th June 2009, at Penang Queensbay Mall...there's a 19th Penang Remaja & 20th Penang Closed Taekwondo Championship...hehe...hmmm...i went there to be referee oo...
learn quite a lot from there..let me learn tht as a referee, u must hav confident in urself..then there's demo from each center during different slot...hehe...my sir's slot is at the closing ceremorny....we break tiles..guy 5 while gals 3..me n my fren we break the tiles using elbow while my sir use his head to break 8 tiles... -.-"" Oh ya...tht time of tiles are lit with fire...hehe...when sir break everybody so shocked but it's not a good recomendation for u guys at home lo...dont try it at home(cos even i not dare to break the tiles with head...haha)

Then at 19th June...me n Phaik Ju we went to Butterworth to find Lean Ping, our coursemate...hmmm...we go there but dunno where to go....at the end we go play bowling at Megamall...all Lean Ping's fault la...ask her to come to Penang she dun want...haha...at the end we go play bowling then she bring us jalan-jalan in d car cos no place to go n it's raining also...further information pls refer phaik ju's blog...haha~

Then on 26th Jun,we celebrate Jin Yang 21st Birthday lo...just go watch movie the go beach lo..hehe...the next day celebrate ye wern n my "kah jie"(sis in cantonese) Cheow Ling's Birthday at redbox!! all gila d...haha...

hmmm...then 27th Jun, my niece cute little Shannon 1 Month Old lo!!! hehe...she's so cute...later i'll update all d events photo...but for now just update only :)
Then a week before sch reopen, i went to prepare for Buddhist Club Minggu Orientation...everyday 8something morning reach then 12 something at night only go back....swt....hehe...

Last Week 10-12 July,i Joined Buddhist club Faci Workshop...it's a whole programme to train us to be a good facilitator, have the skill to share and care etc...so tht we can help our junior when we r 3rd yr senior...
at tht camp i learn a lot....and i'm trying to change myself too :)

After tht, this week i'm busy like hell...I joined 3 activity Minggu Orientasi-PPB(Persatuan Pelajar Buddhist[Logistic}),KKF(Kelab Kung FU[ketua Bahagian]),TKD club(Taekwondo Club[YDP])....tht's why my fren always see me meeting meeting n meeting....very tired...somemore...there's always suddent events occur...making all my activity crash....feel really sorry to those i fly them aeroplane..very sorry....i try to make it up to u guys....
Actually, i already expected that this sidang i'll be very busy again....
I always tell my fren i Major Ko-K, Minor Pharmacy n environment tech is my Option ma....(joking)...haha....

So guys...wish me luck ;) sometimes if u saw i'm in a bad mood thts mean my activity crash d lo....hehe....but i cant blame anyone la...it's my choices :)

oh ya~ ytd ytd me n some of my coursemate went to eat Durian oo...at last get to eat....i been asking someone to belanja me for bout a month d...but at the end i still pay for my part...haha...we 5 people eat 5 durian...cost RM60!! but the uncle got give us some mangoesteen n cempedak la...wanna eat faster go n eat lo...cos it's near the end of durian season...but must drink more water...

Then just now only met my direct junior...hmmm....i also dunno wanna give wht comment...(some of my fren know my comment d....shhh...dun tell...haha) hopefully we can interact well la..

My Family's Game...

This few days, beside watching anime...
During at night...me n my family would always play a game...
This game is a board game...It involve the using of money, houses, hotels, loans, jail n etc...
So, can u guess what game is it?

Hehe..well...i think anyone can guess what that game is....
Yup...It's "MoNoPoly"!
Haha...Actually Monolopy have been with my family for quite a long time d
(From my primary sch days.... :) )
Mayb that time i was too young, so i dint get to enjoy the fun of playing monopoly...
and as time passes by, nobody in our family play it anymore...
Only during spring cleaning, we will take it out n clean it n put it back on top of the rack...
But this holiday, my sis suddenly took it out n ask my dad n mum to play with her....
so...hehe...at the end i also join in d fun lo....haha....

There are certain rules n regulations in Monopoly,
For Example, one must buy all the land with the same colour group in order to build houses....
So my strategy is to buy my opponents land so that he is unable to build houses... hehe...and if he wanna buy that land from me...he have to use a higher price lo...
Cunning leh? Just for fun wat.. :P
So normally, my dad would be the winner while my sis would be the one that bankcrupt...haha...
But there's once,I was too busy prevent my dad from building houses, while my dad was also doing the same thing to me...we negleted our sis and at the end...it turn out that she's the only one that built houses n hotel... -.-"
So, that time she become the billionaire while me n my dad, both of us bankcrupt.... no money to pay the rent.... -.-""

Actually, this game is very fun, it not just give u fun, it also strengthen the bond between family members...
So to those who is bored n nothing to do....try play monopoly with ur friends n family! :)

Ah!!! Oh My Buddha!!(I'm a buddhist wat... :p)
I have gone fat! Yam Gong lo...After back from MASUM...i seldom training d....now i think my stamina is back to square one d...haih...
Today went back to Chung Ling....Our 6th Form Junior organised a session for us(Uni Ex-Chung Lingian) n the student that is going to Uni this coming sch reopen...
Wow...meet a lot of old fren there....kinda miss those days...
It appears to me everybody is doing great...
Just some mayb fattier....some become skinnier... :)
Hmmm...i consider myself become fattier...
Haha...cos i saw one of my fren...
then momment i saw him he say:
"Ah Chye, u look a little round d eh....especially the stomach part.... -.-" "So sad...
Hmmm...the coming new sem i wont be having any junior from my CL taking env tech,
but there'll be a gal taking food tech...Just now we just have a little chit chat n we as senior just trying to share our experience with the juniors n try to let them know wht to expect during orientation week lo...
As normal...The junior is still kinda blur on wht's going to happen next n they r quite excited...
Hehe...come back to think of it, times do flies by...So fast 1 yr have past n we r now gonna be 2nd senior....hahaha....Cham d lo...haha
This few days i'm addicted d!
if u saw my msn...u would notice i have been seeing a lot of anime...."Yu Gi Oh 5D" to be precise..
This anime i took it from my roommate before he went back...
Then after that been busy with my own stuff then din get the chance to watch it...
Haih...regret watching the first episode lo...now addicted until a lot of my stuff havent done...
I need to arrange my time d lo..or not i wont be able to finish my stuff d..

Tht day we went to Coffee Island have drinks, then chit chat,after that someone suggested to change a venue cos it's quite noisy there...so at the end we decided to go to Faces...some of them eat....then we chit chat,chit chat again...before leaving we plan to take a group photo...but we turn out to be taking a lots of photo...Below are some the photos we taken:-
